Petitioner is not named in the first information report but she was arrested in Pirbahore P.S. case no. 247/2014 and made her confessional statement admitting her involvement in the present case also and thereafter on the basis of CCTv footage as well as the aforesaid confessional statement she was remanded in this case on 11.09.2014 and since then she is languishing in jail custody. Admittedly, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Pirbahore P.S. case no. 247/2014 and in the present case, she has neither been put on TI parade nor so-called recovered articles were put on TI parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
