JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the mother and brothers of the late husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 354 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torturing the informant after death of her husband and keeping jewellary of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 10.07.2015, the FIR was lodged on 14.07.2015 and the petitioners are ready to allow the informant to enjoy her share of property in the matrimonial house. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38673 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 266 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioners will be accepted by the learned court below on filling separate affidavit to the effect that they will allow the informant to enjoy her share of property in the matrimonial house.
