JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 476 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 3.96 liters foreign wine from the house of the petitioner and further it appears that the petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody since 12.09.2018 in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76341 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act cum A.D.J.II, Saharsa, in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 476 of 2018.
