24-08-2016 Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Sadanand Paswan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Six petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. C1-20 of 2016, in which cognizance order has been passed under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short "SC/ST Act"), have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that no
