2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109 (1) and 3(5) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , while two son of informant were going to bring medicines for their mother, in the meantime , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted both sons of informant at Gopla More and also stabbed them and fled away from the spot.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53931 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 41511 of 2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - VI Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 96 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
