The petitioner seeks bail in Purnea Sadar P. S. Case No. 488 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 336, 353, 307, 427, 290, 435, 323 and 341 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that two persons had died in road accident, thereafter the people had assembled along with the dead-body and started raising protest in which informant and other personnel also sustained injury. Petitioner is named in the written report. But no allegation of overt act has been alleged against him. He is merely a member of unlawful assembly. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Purnea, in connection with Purnea Sadar P. S. Case No. 488 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
