Learned counsel for the State has submitted that by giving false statement, the petitioner has obtained orders and he is not complying the order of this Court as directed on 03.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not responsible for the misdeed of his client and if there is any suppression, he is not responsible for the same. If such is the attitude of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court cannot help either the petitioner or the learned lawyer for the petitioner.

The order dated 03.02.2022 granting bail to the petitioner is hereby recalled.
