2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 447, 379, 307, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event there is a case and counter case between the parties. No specific accusation of any assault has been made against petitioner nos. 1 and 3. The petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with country made pistol, which is belied from the injury report as there is no fire arm injury or any injury with hard blunt substance on the head of the informant.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
