JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to pass the final order within a period of three months from today.

Accordingly, the disciplinary authority is directed to pass the final order in the on going departmental proceeding within a period of three months from today, failing which the suspension order of the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically. In the meantime, it is directed that if any outstanding dues are pending for payment on the head of salary or subsistence allowance, the same be paid immediately.

The writ petition is disposed off.
