Petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No.518 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Police has arrested this petitioner in Araria P.S. Case No.202 of 2018 and recorded his confessional statement and on that basis remanded in the instant case as well as in Araria P.S. Case No.517 of 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has already been granted regular bail in Araria P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74682 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Case No. 202 of 2018 by this Court by order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.64091 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri S. K. Sharma, Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Class, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.518 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
