Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120(B), 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of execution of sale deed. It is submitted that one co-accused Praveen Kumar Jha requested the informant to sign on one sale-deed as a witness and on request informant went to registry office and gave his thumb impression and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63294 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 photograph. On 24th April, 2021, informant came to know that co-accused Praveen Kumar Jha has got executed sale-deed of residential land of informant in his name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only a deed writer, he has no concern with the land and consideration amount. He has falsely been implicated in this case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate iind, Samastipur or successor Court, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
