2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2004, registered for offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., registered in the year 2004, and his name surfaced during course of investigation on the ground that the motorcycle, which was used in the commission of occurrence, was registered in the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that motorcycle in question was being driven by brother-in-law of this petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence.

5. However, considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the motorcycle, which was used in the crime, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
