It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has stood paid, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to agitate his grievance regarding change of date of birth before the competent authority.
