JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioners for adjourning the case, whereas, on last occasion after hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and State at length, this Court had orally observed that while dismissing the Review petition, this Court may impose heavy cost. Thereafter, Sri Kaushalesh Choudhary, learned counsel, who was appearing on behalf of the petitioners sought for adjournment only on the point as to whether he will withdraw the petition or he will prefer for cost. It was adjourned. Thereafter, again and again, the case was got adjourned and today again, same prayer is being reiterated.

The prayer for adjournment is refused.

The Civil Review petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution.
