JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with 'khanti' on the head of the husband of the complainant while other co-accused persons assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 03.03.2015, the FIR was registered on 19.03.2015. The petitioner is agnate of the informant and there is counter version of the occurrence. At earlier point of time, the petitioner's side filed Complaint Case No.329 of 2015 on 04.03.20154 for the occurrence of 03.03.2015.
