Petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 21.9.2018 and after completion of investigation police has submitted charge-sheet.

Learned counsel further submitted that after submission of the charge-sheet there is no question of either influencing the witnesses or causing any disturbance in the fair and impartial investigation.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no case of theft registered in the instant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77327 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018.
