2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the IPC, registered in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S.Case No. 99 of 2024.

3. According to allegation, co-accused Pintu Kumar got his name mutated over the land purchased by the informant on the basis of a subsequent sale deed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither vendor nor vendee and he is not related to the transaction in any manner. His status is merely of an attesting witness of the sale deed. He is in custody since 08.05.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S.Case No. 99 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
