The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that one Smt.

Sudha Devi had executed a sale deed in favour of the informant for a consideration amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- and petitioner was the identifier at the time of execution of the sale deed. However, when the informant went to its purchased land for tilling, one lady introducing herself

No.63578 of 2021(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/3 as Sudha Devi arrived at the said land and disclosed the informant that she is the real Sudha Devi and she never executed any sale deed in respect of land in question. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is only an identifier of the sale deed and he has not received any money. Moreover, in a case of the civil nature of dispute, the petitioner has been implicated in the criminal proceeding. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case
