====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused including this petitioner assaulted the informant with fists and slaps, lathi and danda and during the incident, this petitioner caught her and pushed her on the ground.

4. It is submitted that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Both parties are next door neighbours and due to petty dispute, scuffle took place between them. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that

No.54151 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No. 261 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
