JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 The present writ petition is thoroughly misconceived. The petitioner seeks direction from this Court to hand over investigation of Gopalpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2014 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 447, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as also sections 27 and 30 of the Arms Act either to the C.B.I. or to the C.I.D. The husband and two sons of the petitioner have been made accused in the aforesaid police case. In my view, the petitioner has got no locus standi in the
