2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 447, 380, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 436 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in retaliation to the earlier FIR in Biroul P.S. Case No. 427 of 2015 filed by the petitioners' side. The accusation against the petitioner no. 1 having assaulted Kari Devi with 'tengari' is belied from the injury report which discloses the injury to be simple in nature caused by hard blunt substance. The accusation of taking away Rs. 10,000/- by the petitioner no. 2 is ornamental

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Biroul, Darbhanga, in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 436 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
