The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2019. He was never put on TIP during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated some other co-accused Sanoj Kumar @ Indal has already been allowed bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Case No. 15 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below having immovable property in his name.
