Petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.667 of 2018, registered under Sections 30(D) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

About 100 Kgs. of Mahua was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) Case No.667 of 2018.
