2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 03C of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 5(1)a, 50(3) of the Indian Wild Life Protection Act.

The petitioner is accused of killing a deer and he is in jail since 05.02.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody, this application is allowed. 5.
