2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukaria P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceasedvictim. He is in custody since 28.05.2025. The petitioner, along with others, is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran/ concerned Court below in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case N o. 61 of 2025.
