JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police during the search have found one master key from the possession of the petitioner and on that basis the petitioner has been arrested in the instant case although he has no concern with the stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he he is in jail since 25.03.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77117 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018.
