Case No. 65 of 2007 registered under Sections 166, 197, 198, 418, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.943 of 2015 dt.19-02-2016 2 / 2 learned counsel for the State and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
