JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a Memorial against the order passed by the D.I.G. Saran Range, Chapra in Appeal which is dated 24.03.2012, by which the order of dismissal dated 24.09.2009 has been confirmed. Though, I find that the said Memorial has been filed belatedly in the year 2016, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the concerned authority to dispose of the Memorial of the petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from today. In order to facilitate disposal of the Memorial of the petitioner herein, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh Memorial in person before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
