The petitioners seek bail in Special Case No.9062 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No.318 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 20 liters country made liquor made by mahua is said to have been recovered from the possession of all three petitioners and for that, the petitioners are in jail since 29.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special
