Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, and 34 of the I.P.C and section 3⁄4 of the Witch Practice Act.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi-danda started abusing and assaulted the informant as a result of which he sustained injury. It is further alleged that when his cousin Ajay Kumar came to save him then he was also assaulted by bricks and stone and sustained injury. It is submitted that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this concocted case. There is case and

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the injury caused by this petitioner has been found to be grievous in nature by the doctor.
