This application for regular bail arises out of Matiariya P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021, disclosing offence punishable under Sections 379, 413, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are in custody since 17.08.2021 on the allegation of having made an attempt to take away a goat belonging to the informant. The petitioners were allegedly apprehended by the villagers and were produced before the police, whereafter they were formally arrested. Since the petitioners are in custody since 17.08.2021,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63626 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 in the background of nature of accusation, a case for grant of regular bail is made out. This application is accordingly allowed.
