Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 100 kg of mahua flower wine was seized from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.6. 2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49224 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019.
