JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,307,337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co accused Nandan Manjhi conveyed to the informant's father that he had practiced some witch craft upon his daughter and asked him to cure her otherwise they will kill him. Thereafter the accused persons assaulted the father of the informant when the informant came to rescue then he was also assaulted.

No.38247 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and most of the injuries of the informant's father have been found to be simple though with regard to some of the injuries opinion has been kept reserved. It is further submitted that the petitioners side lodged a case at earlier point of time against the informant side. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sadar, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
