Petitioner seeks bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No.157 of 2018, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged a case against unknown for committing dacoity in his house. The petitioner was arrested along with other two accused persons on 12.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no Tip was held and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is in jail since 12.07.2018 but no tangible material has been collected nor the petitioner was put on TIP, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.157 of 2018.
