JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner's claim for benefits of promotion and consequential revision of pensionary dues are pending before the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) for which he has already filed a representation dated 20.4.2015 (Annexure 2). It is submitted that if a direction is given to the authorities to dispose of the representation, he is likely to get the relief prayed for in the instant writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
Respondent no.2 should take a final decision in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12664 of 2015(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 accordance with law on petitioner's representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
