Petitioner's prayer for bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr Misc No 11183 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by relying upon Annexure 3 that is order dated 06.01.2017, submits that coaccused Shailesh, against whom there is identical allegation of causing firearm injury, has been allowed bail by Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna City in B P No 999 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017, prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72623 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Patna City in Sultanganj Police Station Case No 184 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No 572 of 2018) subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled.
