The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/151/152/353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the self-statement of Sunil Kumar, Darauda Police Station is to the effect that on 29.04.2017 at 4.45 A.M., on receiving an information to the effect that one person has been crushed in a road accident, the informant along with other police personnel reached at the spot, when one Sonu Sharma assaulted on his head with farsa, causing bleeding injury, leading to registration of FIR against 13 named and 40-50 unknown persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73649 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against co-accused, Sonu Sharma. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. It is submitted by learned APP for the State that petitioner has obstructed the police in performing the official duty. Considering the accusation being omnibus and general, specific accusation is against co-accused, Sonu Sharma, coupled with statement made in paragraph no.

3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan, in connection with Darauda P.S. Case No.71/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
