The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No.172 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and it is not clear from the FIR as to who has given blow on the head of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.10847 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No.172 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
