2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020 dated 18.11.2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Dinesh Singh in year 2015 who had demanded golden chain and tortured his wife and due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry he had committed murder of the daughter of the informant. The allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53061 of 2022(7) dt.05-09-2023 2/3 the petitioners is that they also used to torture the daughter of the informant for demand of dowry and involved in murder of daughter of informant and disappearance of her dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They are brother-in-law of the victim, residing separately and have no concerned with the family affairs of the daughter of the informant and her husband. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and husband of the daughter of the informant is in judicial custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sikroul P.S. Case No. 146 of 2020, subject to the
