Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.402 of 2017 registered under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that theft was committed in his mobile shop and many mobiles were stolen. The petitioner was apprehended on the basis of tracking IMEI number of stolen mobile. The petitioner disclosed that he purchased the mobile from one Mohit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner purchased the mobile from Mohit without knowing the fact that the mobile is stolen one. At best offence under Section 411 IPC is made out and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2018. Petitioner has remained in jail for about three
