The present Writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 11.02.2016, passed by the District Magistrate, Saran, in Arms License Case No.129 of 2015, contained in Memo No. Mu/Nayalay, dated 18.02.2016, whereby, the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms licence has been rejected.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ application with a liberty to file Appeal before the appropriate forum.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2417 of 2017(2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The Writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with the liberty aforementioned.
