The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he entered into the house of the informant in drunken condition and made an attempt to ravish the daughter of the informant and when the informant made protest, he assaulted the informant and her daughter. The petitioner again entered into the house of the informant in the next day and outraged the modesty of the daughter of the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of panchayat election, this false case has been registered against the petitioner. The petitioner and the informant are next door neighbour and due to drainage dispute, this false case has been registered.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner to outrage the modesty of the informant's daughter and made assault to the informant and her daughter, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
