The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three accused persons robbed the informant of his motorcycle as also a bag containing Rs. 1.52 lacs (aprox).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Radhey Shyam Kumar made before police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. Although the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2020, he has not been put on T.I. Parade and charge sheet has been submitted

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case especially the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 294 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-IV, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran.
