2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in terms of the directions of the Court, he had moved before the One-Man Committee of Hon'ble Mr. Justice (Retired) S. N. Jha in the matter which has given its recommendation on 28.12.2015, pursuant to which he has filed a representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.5121 of 2017 dt.11-08-2017 2 / 2 the respondent no. 3 on 20.01.2016 which has still not been considered by the Authority.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3, within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order. Upon the same being filed, it shall be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law, within four weeks thereafter. If any payment is required to be made to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.
