Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22928 of 2014 dt.01-10-2015 hereby, set aside.

Also, in the interest of the parties, the further proceedings of (i) Complaint Case No. 473C of 2014 pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (ii) Cr. Rev. No. 30 of 2014 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jehanabad (iii) Complaint Case No. 545C of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda are, hereby, set aside.

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
