JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceeding of case no. 2 of 2013-14 and the notice dated 30.09.2021, issued by the respondent Anchal Adhikari, Basantpur declaring the same as illegal, void, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.
(ii) For a direction commanding the respondents to forebear from interfering in any way with the petitioner's title and possession over the land in question."
Patna High Court CWJC No.18818 of 2021(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, especially in view of the order dated 28.10.2021, passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. no. 4282 of 2021 (Dasrath Prasad and another v. The State of Bihar and others.). Liberty so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
