JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 In the light of interim order passed by this Court in this case, dated 13.02.2017, the petitioners were allowed to appear for the Intermediate examination. Their results have been published and are available on the website. The necessity of the petitioners approaching this Court had arisen because the Bihar School Examination Board had not issued admit cards in their favour in view of examination fees and forms having not been submitted in their cases in the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2356 of 2017(4) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 It has been the petitioners' case that they had submitted their fees and forms with the school, namely, Laxmi Narayan College, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali. This Court, while passing the interim order, dated 13.02.2017, recorded prima facie satisfaction that the petitioners had deposited the examination fees and forms etc. for which receipts have been brought on record.

Now, since the results have been published and the petitioners have been declared 'pass', without going into the technicality as to whether the college had deposited the examination fees of the petitioners in the Bihar School Examination Board, I dispose of this writ application with a direction to the Board to issue the certificates and mark sheets in favour of the petitioners in relation to the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2017, if the petitioners deposit, within a period of four weeks from today, with the Bihar School Examination Board, an amount of Rs. 1,500/- each, which shall be treated by the Bihar School Examination Board to be their examination fees.
