2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing theft in a truck.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 03.04.2025. The petitioners are not named in the FIR and has falsely been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56818 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 implicated in this case due to dirty politics.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani)/ concerned Court in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025.
7. The petitioner no. 1 and 2 will also mark their attendance in Singhwara Police Station, District- Darbhanga and petitioner no. 3 will mark his attendance in Gaighat Police Station, District- Muzaffarpur on the first and third Sunday of each month.
