JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the State to make payment of certain supplies made by the petitioner and admitted by the State along with that for the delay in making payment interest was also awarded by this review application. All that the writ petitioner wants is that the interest amount should be increased and penal interest be imposed and awarded. This civil review application was dismissed earlier also

Patna High Court MJC No.2024 of 2015 (02) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 for non-compliance of peremptory orders. It has again been dismissed and the present M.J.C. application for restoration of the civil review application again has been filed for non-compliance of the peremptory order.

Under the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to restore the civil review application as apparently the actions are not bona fide. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
