2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as evident from the statement of the father of the deceased.
4. Considering that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased as well as observation of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in A.B.P. No. 788 of 2016 based on the case record that half portion of body of the deceased was burnt and wrapped in a plastic bag, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
